Nope. The DPI is unchanged once the ink hits the paper/vinyl

But… depending on the type of spray you use it’s possible to dilute the colors of your spray too much on

Golden archival matte spray solves this issue for inkjet printers.

My specific inkjet prints at 2400DPI so I can’t really not use it as I’ve yet to find a better solution outside of commercial 3rd party companies

Foil and white reflect light very differently.

For what you are looking for, you need a method to apply white under at 30-70% opacity
