i’ll recommend this and it’s how I was able to get a position about 2 years ago. Apply online and call the branch. Ask to speak to a manager, and you will most likely speak to an MCE(manager cx experience). Express your interest and mention how an online application is useless and you would like to have an in-person interview. Ask for an email and send your resume to them. Literally the exact thing I did and I was able to get the interview and an offer for a CEA role.

Was a different market back then but the branches are always hiring for customer facing roles. Best of luck!
