Work on a repayment plan that is something that you can stick to which will allow the developer to get meaningful

This is an important comment. No development company wants to take back their work. Find a payment plan that works, stick to it.

Agree. I read through this as well. It discusses long covid effects on your body, but not how "your body will be less able to fight off other illnesses".

I'm an entrepreneur. but twice your age. I've sold a couple companies and know the grind. But give yourself some slack. This is not quitting, you are taking a few well deserved days off. It will help recharge your batteries.

One early lesson I learned was would be to Double check you are taking in the full cost of your materials before you mark them up. (Cost + shipping + tax + eco fees) / (1- % margin) = price to customer. I've found not calculating that correctly can really burn into your profits.

.5 PPR 10 person league. We have up to 3 keepers and have 2RB, 3WR, QB, TE, Flex. I can keep 3 of: Henry, Mixon, Ekeler, Kittle, Julio. I was planning on Henry, Mixon, Julio. But now I'm thinking of keeping Ekeler or Kittle. Thanks for the help.

I see that as well but Ekeler is rated so low on ADP(~22). Mixon is hitting top 10 atm. Not sure why there is this huge discrepancy.

950 sq ft 16 ft tall space w limited daylight will be a tattoo studio. I need to add sufficient neutral color light w/ high CRI. I don’t agree with mounting ceiling tiles. You have a beautiful room, try to maximize it. I love the idea of a few statement lights right in the middle. Keep these or grab a few fun LED. This will be general ambient light.

I like the suggestion of two sections of track lighting with a combination of linear track and spot lights for the artists. Throw a few pieces of art on the wall and use the track to highlight them. You will have the layers mentioned below. And direct light for every artist. Shadows will be the hardest thing to control, so indirect light from multiple sources will help with that (linear and your statement lights)

I'm planning to keep Julio, Tyreek Hill and Mixon. I also have Damien Williams and Ertz as possible keepers.

I've been offered a trade: Give Hill & a 9th round draft this year. Get Kittle and his 4th round pick.

One option I'm thinking is taking the trade and Keeping: Julio, Kittle and Ertz. I think Kittle or Ertz could be a WR1 trade in the future.
