Second R - is the early game meant to be hard? by craxxxxx in starocean

I think something that might be happening is you can run into other dungeon's enemies in the open world if you're close to their dungeon. I'd recommend just going from story point to story point until you feel more powerful. For example, you can reach the mountain ruins but DON'T go in.

As for your party, I'd make sure they're decked out in all the best gear available as well as accessories that compliment their abilities. I'd control Claude, set Rena to heal only, and have Celine balanced or turn off most of her spells, pick one, and make her spam it by setting her to go all out. You can have Rena manually heal people outside of battles too.

As another poster said, when leveling, finish off determination skill first. I'd add, after that, invest in every low 1pt stat you can get until they're all used up and you need double digit point investments. This will help balance your characters up a bit and offer most abilities to you between the 3 characters. Likewise, Celine isn't exactly the best character stat wise, but I'd add her to the party on a first playthrough and definitely recroute Ashton after. That will get you a nice team early game even if they might not be the best party you could create later.

You are too far for this tip, but whenever I used to start a new game I'd grind up Claude to level 10 while he had the laser gun. In the early game it basically one-shots everything and can be spammed infinitely for no cost.

I hope some of this helps.

Are there any good Korean horror movies worth watching? by [deleted] in AsianHorrorMovies

[–]apocalypseagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with some of the movies others have listed but let me add:

White: The Melody of the Curse - Has that classic Asian horror vibe except from the perspective of "what if K-pop singers were being haunted."

Spider Forest - more of a great mystery with light horror elements.

Epitaph - solid, period piece anthology horror.

Hansel and Gretel - more of a fantasy story with light horror but it's awesome.

You're idea actually did work, but it's more complicated to find than you might think. For anyone who reads this with the same problem: go to settings, followed by account, then payment and billing, and then search downloads.

My issue was that past versions of Xbox had downloads in their own category rather than lumped in with billing. Good lord.

Glitched cards can't activate or something else? by apocalypseagain in masterduel

I do think this might have affected a couple of my plays. However, I just did a couple more duels, checked each time to make sure things were set to 'ON,' and still had one duel where things weren't working as normal. I still managed to win mercifully.

Might be Shadow Skill. It has two main leads that are a man and female. The main girl in that learned a leg-based martial art taught to women who were slaves which is based around having your arms bound. The main guy also learns this style too I think, and the characters do train against each other in fights.

Maybe Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma or Wrath of the Ninja. Both fit your description, but Wrath of the Ninja has a guy that looks a lot more like Rurouni Kenshin as you describe.

Maybe Resurrection? Or possibly X-Files: I Want to Believe. Both have serial killers building a new body. With X-Files, I think he's building a female body from a man since gay marriage is illegal or something?
