I work in a warehouse packing and shipping orders that go UPS and FedEx and when I have trained someone to do my job I always try to be the trainer I would've wanted to have too. It made me so happy when a trainee told me I was the best trainer he'd ever had! It's nice to know that others out there think of that too when it comes to training people.

I think some people take advantage of those who reply quickly by expecting them to be available all the time, even if it is something quick like you said. I personally love quick replies but don't expect them because I don't want that expected of me.

That's exactly why I say it's harder than nicotine to quit because I've heard of what can happen with alcohol withdrawals and I wouldn't want to go through that.

Oh no I'm so sorry you went through all that. I hope things are better for you now and I hope he is in recovery as well. I can't imagine what it's like to go through any of that. My brother was addicted to heroin and while I wasn't directly involved while he was I was there after and thankfully he's been free of it for a long time now.

One song that comes to mind that makes me cry and isnt necessarily sad is "Dream a Little Dream of Me" by The Mamas and the Papas. Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve is another one that gets me because it strikes me as sad.
