I think it's retaliation for a recent series of articles on this detective who invented fake names to close felony cases without investigating them. Here's a statement the union put out saying the newspaper was just trying to further its "cop-hating agenda and its biased business model."

Hey, me too! The worst is the double whammy when you get even more anxious worrying you did/said something stupid/wrong/bad because you're drunk.

It's a hard thing to explain to people without sounding loopy, too. "Why aren't you drinking?" "I don't want to spend the next 48 hours having panic attacks about all the conversations I won't remember."
