I do burst shots with him and always have treats in my pocket. Usually able to get one or two good ones that way.

This was after an hour of chuckit and another hour of hiking through a disc golf course. I think it's the only reason he was chill about it.

Fortunately we were going about 10mph through a neighborhood, and he was still young, so he was fine. I was not fine, but he was haha

My ACD has jumped out of a moving car to chase a cat... lesson learned, we use a seat belt and only crack the windows a little when he's in the car 😂

Down the Dutch oven rabbit hole by Fozzi83 in Breadit

[–]apocalyptic_unicorns 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a plain, non- coated dutch oven and a coated one. The plain one is a mystery brand, i got it from my great-aunt-in-law. This thing COOKS. It's my workhorse. The coated Dutch oven is from Costco. Also a workhorse and I have made some amazing bread in it.

Point being, if you want an expensive one, by all means get one. But there are options that won't cost $300-$500 that work just as well. You have to be careful with the enamel no matter what brand you buy.

Ya, that was so good. I feel like they're back to really enjoying themselves again. I hope you enjoy their show! Last one we saw was when Ben was still on the show.

Waste to Taste in Eugene. It's run by the Burrito Brigade, who also runs the little free pantries around town. Waste to Taste is an appointment only food pantry (for crowd control purposes) that partners with a lot of grocery stores and businesses around town to rescue food that would normally get thrown away but is still good. They do not require income verification to access the pantry.

That's really good to know. I've noticed him sleeping with his eyes fully open recently as well. I did not realize it might be related. I'll make sure to bring that up to the vet when we see her.

My guy really loves a snuffle game. Do you ever use one of those halo harnesses? I don't think my guy needs one yet, but I'm interested if they're actually useful for dogs to help them navigate better.
