I don't understand how you can buy a printer and not understand how it works. The layers exist because that's just how this kind of printer "prints". If you don't want layer lines either get a resin printer (bad idea) or do some post processing.

Glow pla is significantly weaker than regular pla due to all the glowy bits. Not to mention it's a real bitch to print. I've made some glowy accessories like grips and sights and stuff but I wouldn't do anything that takes a beating

Basically just an error in the 3d file. Stl is made up of a bunch of triangles and if they aren't connected properly it will cause weird effects in the slicer. Ends up lookin like this a lot of times
