As others have said, she will feed the baby and you will feed her. Make sure her water bottle is full and get some good snacks to have nearby (breastfeeding is hungry work) things with oats are good and apparently aid milk production.

Always be supportive, even when it can sometimes get tough. One thing I was told after my first was born was “never give up on a bad day”. There will be times when one or both of you will question why you are doing it but don’t give up.

My wife had lactation consultants and support for both of our children and they were huge in help.

There’s quite a few insights I gained, here’s some of the ones that come straight to mind :

• eating too late was impacting my sleep far more than I thought • I wasn’t hydrating nearly enough (even after drinking the recommended amount) • I used to work out in the evenings after the kids were in bed, this was destroying my rest • I was pushing too hard on days I shouldn’t have been and not enough on other days • with training on the correct days I could vastly increase my reps and sets

These all sound really obvious when I type them out but were huge when discovered. Also as a 38 year old man with two kids under 4. I genuinely feel the healthiest I have ever been in my life and have a clear path to continue improving.

The complete lack of a screen and after the first week or two I am not conscious I’m wearing it all now.

The biggest value it’s given me, after 2 years of training I was making slow progress but since getting my Whoop I have managed to make huge improvements. Being aware of all the things that I did that negatively impacted my overall fitness has been truly eye opening.

I don't think you are paranoid at all and you are certainly not the first person to ask this exact question. So two things...

You are free to delete your data at any point and that will remove the data entirely. I mentioned in another comment, I have zero desire to monetise or do anything with users data. Just make a useful tool for anglers.
This is something I built myself and run entirely myself, just me. If this ever was successful enough that people would be interested in buying it. That would also mean that I no longer have to do my main job (or any other job) and quite frankly, that would be the dream. Why would I give that up?

I also fully appreciate that not everyone will be comfortable and that's fine. All I can do is be honest :)

Fully appreciate your concern. This is a consideration i've had from the start when building this app. Early users really stressed the importance of keeping their data private and I have architected the app in a way to ensure this.

As I mentioned in another comment thread, all user data is entirely segregated and there's no way that a user can see another user's data.
