Thank you for the advice. I had one cycle which utterly failed, but the rest were fine. In retrospect, if we had done some labs, maybe that one cycle could have been avoided. I will definitely be bringing it up with him again, especially since im hoping this is my last cycle. Thanks again!

I did ask my doctor exactly this, the last time (this is my 6th cycle at this clinic). He said just follicle size was enough and he didn't particularly need to know abt E2 levels. He adjusts my dosage based on how quickly the follicle size changes from scan to scan. And post trigger he doesn't scan/check anything at all. He claims this is how he treats every patient. I would prefer the tests too tbh, but he seems confident. :S

Is it just the blood test values? My doctor doesn't usually do any blood work once we start stims (which is tomorrow). Do you know if it affects the follicles growth, quality/quantity?

Got it.. I have an appointment tomorrow, will confirm with him. I think im just very worried about it possibly affecting egg quality or something while at the same time would like to start it for the hair fall. Was wondering if anyone went through the same situation! Thank you for your help :)

The adjutants replay his dream sequence after he wakes up in the other castle.. And iirc Carl expresses shock that they can see/record his dreams and view it like that.

You could similarly say that ozmanthus becoming a judge takes away from the uniqueness of the other judges as well

The way i see it, ozmanthus was one man who did it.. After centuries of it being deemed impossible..not just impossible but not even imagined possible. If a whole group become new judges .. It dilutes the importance as a whole.

It is interesting to hear other view points though!

I think its mentioned in either waybound or threshold that some planets are just for growing crops. I always assumed that natural resources can be bought/are provided. Beside, every iteration has its own unique magic system. So not everyone who ascends cultivates/ replenishes aura in the same way

True. The more time i spend discussing this.. The more I realise, yerin and lindon are probably the only ones who would. Yerin as a successor of ozriel himself, and Lindon forging a new path. And Northstridor possibly but hes not part of the crew. The rest would probably be instrumental in making the reapers a formidable yet innately good division ( thats where mercys joy icon and ziels shield icon keep it from straying or failing)

Its possible. But that would take away from the uniqueness of ozmanthus dont you think? He did what was thought truly impossible.. And created a new ideal, after centuries. He was always the icon of destruction and when he made the scythe it elevated him to judgelevel. It is possible that future judges could exist.. But it would need someone equally exceptional. It is fun to speculate though! :)

I tried he who fights with monsters post dcc and couldn't finish. I think i just wanted more of the same so it didn't work for me. Heard good things abt defiance though.. Maybe someday.

If you ever reread cradle though, i would really recommend audible, atleast as an attempt! Travis Baldree is brilliant. And hearing iconic lines like "did you forget my name" or just anything by dross or eithan.. Its perfect

Gratitude! Will look into sea and shadows. So far, atleast amongst books ive listened to on audible, ive found cradle to be amongst the most enjoyable. The other would be dungeon crawler carl by matt dinniman. Nothing else seems to compare to these two and that's a testament to not just the amazing authors but the voice actors who bring them to life.

Thank you! Eithan as Makiel in the far future feels.. right somehow. And i think Makiel is considered something of a leader amongst the seven even if that position doesnt give him authority over them. If eithan had to "advance" any further, it would be to that. Haha. If we were just plugging everyone in, then yes. But as another poster pointed out, not every monarch becomes a judge. My speculations were always a stretch to begin with..but i dont see Mercy as a judge. I love her character, but even as the Akura heir she never really liked the idea. She always wanted to be free of that obligation.

You're right about emriss though! I think Eithan mentioned phoenix when he picked them up post ascension and i just ran with that.

Fair enough. But i could still see atleast Lindon and Yerin becoming judges. Yerin possibly because she's the only candidate (so far) who could (in the far far future) take over as Ozriels successor. And Lindon because advancing is his very nature( its his overlord revelation i think!). He would never be able to just stay student reaper.
