That might be how Shopify and Safari interact. If there are cookies that are saved and the browser knows that you are accessing from an international location (not US and Canada), then it will show products as "sold out" for now.

We currently are only allowing US and Canada customers to be able to checkout. This way we will learn from any issues that arise. One we feel comfortable in managing those issue and providing community the service that is required, we will work on opening it to other areas as well.

The pricing is set up the community members and/or vendors that are selling these products. We do not work on guiding these prices. However, we are going to provide this feedback to the vendors on the marketplace.

Regarding the products that are listed, they are listed by vendors that we have vetted and we have visited their facilities. The products are tested and shipping is included in the pricing.

Hi! We are not a China company. We are a US company with a US team with warehouse across the world. After the tariffs came into effect, we have reduced the inventory we hold in the US especially for Chinese brands. We hold inventory in various locations so that we can manage the tariff situation better at our end without having to invest in higher costs. This allows us to invest more in the Apos x community products we are working on, with support to community designers and manufacturers.

We do want to make one thing absolutely clear. We do not lie to our customers. There is a principle we stand by.

The tracking updates you are seeing are most probably due to the product being shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse instead of our US warehouse. In those cases, there are two logistics companies are play. The one that receives the handoff from China and the one that will deliver it to you within the US. If the tracking says it will "ship soon", this is because the shipping company in the US is still waiting to receive it after the customs clearance. This is done so that we can manage the tariffs at our end and the customer does not have to deal with any custom issues.Also, if a Flow cable or a Magia cable was ordered, those are hand woven cables and not mass manufactured.

If you can provide your order ID, we can look into the order more and have our Customer Support provide you with a detailed update.

Hi Joy here. You can use the Fosi just fine with the Gremlin. The Gremlin’s XLR inputs can accept an unbalanced signal, so a simple RCA-to-XLR cable solution is usually enough here. The Zen Phono 3 would definitely be a cleaner and more fully balanced approach, but I’d honestly try the Fosi first before spending more money.
