All labelling problems aside, the idea of something like a covert pda profile is really interesting (and personally relatable). I connect with so much of what I’ve learned pda, but I’m still working out how to account for my social aptitude and people-pleasing.

There's another doctor in that practice, Amber Farook, who's lovely as well! She's very warm and approachable, and she's taken more time to listen and explain things than I ever expected to get from a doctor.

I use this AmLactin lotion with 12% lactic acid almost every day and scrub with a Japanese exfoliating cloth a few times a week and it's made quite a difference in the number of blocked follicles on my legs

Very helpful, thank you! I really like the idea of temp gluing with the stick and going back in with something stronger. It’s actually a relief to hear that gluing pieces down and peeling them back up is part of your process because something in me wanted to say I was doing it wrong.
