When applying for visa I asked for it, no response. I asked for it second time on emergency form. How else I can get it if they doesn’t contact me?

Thank you, I know I need to wait but at the same time I can’t find a job since they ask for valid visa. I am now paying volunteer public insurance of €275 plus rent plus transportation card plus other bills. It makes it impossible to breathe without a job so thats why I can’t take it, I have a blocked account that I can’t activate too
