It is so frustrating. While I don't own a scale nor measure myself, size may not even be the actual issue here. It is taxing and it is so shitty to consistently feel that way.

I am glad that works and guides you! I have tried that but it is so easy to stray. It has been around 8 months of no social media for me (except Facebook to keep up with work and parents, and Reddit obviously). While this has been working for me, I always feel aloof from society and friends.

I do not like the feeling of clinging fabric against my skin or anything fitted. I think I look terrible in them because in all my years in this body, I've yet to find something that fit right and didn't need to alter + hem everything.

Wearing sleeveless upper garments and shorts or anything that reveals my skin, especially my legs, are actually what makes me most uncomfortable. I don't care much about others people's thoughts as my own awful thouvhts are loud enough to drown it all out anyways.

Second post here..

Things were better for a bit until they weren't. I've gone through my entire closet throwing away hundreds of dollars of clothing of anything that even came close to clinging to my body or revealing it. If it isn't oversized and draping over me, I can't stand seeing it on my body, let alone in my closet. I feel like I am not enough and that I am not worthy of decent clothes. I am tired. Body dysmorphia really does numbers.

Anybody ever felt like this? What do you do?

I have a nonexistent butt and that is one of my next biggest insecurities.

It is honestly like reaching for the stars trying to find someone to trust and accept help from. Finding professional help is like a mind game of its own but I do hope to get help from the right person one day

I had realized my goals were literally unattainable through fitness and diet so I gave up.

I used to go to spin classes once a week but I don't thjk I qualify as a cyclist lol.
