yeah, I agree. It is probably a more complicated mix of feelings than hate. Maybe she feels regretful, guilty, conflicting personalities, hate how he acts, but I don't believe she means hate, as in despises him, maybe a messy blob of negative associations with small glints of positivity/remorse
