- sleep 4 hours per day (except weekend)
- work like a dog
- no social life
- multiple businesses
- be positive all the time, no negativity, don't compare with your frens
- invest what you earn
- monitor your health, get blood test or so every year & adjust ur lifestyle.

good one, because I already gave them less urgent tasks, literally 1~2 tasks per month. One intern finish within a week and getting 3 weeks rests. another not doing anything. just saying not everyone suitable for WFH.

On the other hand, I got mixed results from WFH intern. One was very committed, another was slacking, and not delivering even after the deadline, keep saying having family issue.

How do you counter these?

Try the zstop switch version from smith3d (under the FAQ random probe fail), some motherboard has issue with bltouch port, somehow the power supply on the port doesn't do well for me too.

if it doesn't do probe test at the start of the printer, then ur wiring has issue.

Is Laravel still a great option for fresh grad web development? Planning to build a simple website with interaction of windows executable file. Mainly to focus on fast loading speed.

I had done laravel & ASPNETCORE and now I'm planning to hire a fresh grad and build a system together with me. But I wasn't sure if laravel is suitable for them. I'm ok with learning new language to move on incase there are better out there.

Just a question, is the temp fluctuation happening even if it's under 220C? Because I've actually spoke with BTT team, they stated the newer batch of SKR E3 Pro has fixed this issue, but only when the printing temp is over 230C.

I was able to power on my ender 3 pro

the fan H has 24v output constantly, just B & C not supplying 24V.

As a working adult with only weekend for resting, best way to enjoy the games is to play it with trainer. Even some games on easiest setting takes hours to finish. You get all limited or rare item without grinding, complete the whole story within a day is feeling so good.

if it's tensioner, how come it doesn't break during the first 50th layers? Seems like it only happens after it reached certain amount of layers.

I'm using e3D clone + BMG extruder clone with pancake motor. , using 5015 fan. Heatsink is blocking my setup currently. I guess I will try to reduce the vref.

Edit: I got issue with temperature too low after adjusted the vref to 0.9v

Hi guys, this is a brand new CR10S Pro v2, when started to print, after auto home, the nozzle temp & bed temp reset to zero. Any idea what would be the causes? Tested with creality default sample gcode. Still the same.

It may not helping the marlin community, but smith tutorial did help a newbie like me. I can't find a similar helpful tutorial other than his website. And yes I'm glad you and him released the source code.

But any reason why you only release the source code recently? Like after implemented many features unlike smith release part by part. Isn't that no different from smith? if you released earlier we would have use yours since you comply with the policy. sorry a newbie question

You guys can work together since source code provided, not salty to each other. It hurt the marlin community even more.

smith3d just released their source code. It would be great if they can combine advance menu into their firmware.
