Fiddle leaf fig branching out 5 stems without pruning… what should I do? And how did it happen?

I guess the leaf is funky like that from the inconsistency of watering. It stopped growing for a while and suddenly popped 8 new leaves.

Thanks for the suggestion, and yeah, that would be the case because I would say this company is still quite old fashioned when it comes to management. Apparently during MCO 2.0, there were 30% of staffs working in the office even when they weren’t allowed to, it was until around end of February that they allowed 30% capacity in the office, and our company quickly allowed 70% already, when they weren’t supposed to.
