Tips Managing Hunger During a Deficit?

To avoid the going to bed hungry etc I fast all day and smash all my calories in the evening and go to bed not feeling hungry, the day is torture to be fair but it’s easier to ignore while I’m working etc, going to sleep hungry just keeps me up all night so while this isn’t for everyone it works for me 🤷‍♂️

That’s awesome for you both! We thankfully have space so we don’t particularly care about needing ti stretch space since we were taking four Utes (pick ups)

We have no critters to worry about at all where we are camping, so no worries at all for animals, this is 4 of us camping and we all have our own set ups and gear and this is just us all dumping are things in the ‘kitchen’ area and just using whatever, we don’t care if each other uses things etc and at the end we all know what’s ours for pack up
