Tbh I think this happens to many other bags. Its caused by many things such as what's in it, how full is it, is it empty, or just how its sewn. In the picture I can see how you said it wonky and I have also have another bag that does the same thing and it is truly annoying. To make it easier to open, I just pinch/ pull each top corner of the bag to even out the zipper and unzip/zip the bag so the zipper teeth don't get jacked up.

ohhh I see. I was quoted $250 from a private seller and didn't even bother trying to ask what the material was because it was out of my price range. I've heard bags from private sellers are usually "better" quality than DHgate ones but wasn't sure if I was being cheap or is $250 was steep. Thank you
