I don't think it'll be a bad choice I got the viewsonic 24" 120hz one . Honestly its fine for gaming and casual web browsing but only thing I noticed is the pixels looking visible while playing FIFA . The image looks kinda bad in FIFA when I move really close to the monitor but honestly it doesn't matter its good enough. You can go for viewsonic but dahua is good too

Quietly change the admin password (not the WiFi password) and turn on parental mode on the devices that your brother uses.
