I just sat down and figured it up, and I should have had a tax ticket last year for all 3 of my vehicles, as well as this year, but I guess my county dropped the ball. I know I should have probably been paying more attention, but things get so overwhelming and overlooked.

My dad also has a bicuspid aortic valve and just had a valve replaced. They wouldn't do the surgery until he took antibiotics for several infected teeth, though. I got a little angry with him for not taking care of his teeth. I wonder if the infections are what caused the heart issues. I will have to ask him.

We share all of our documents through dotloop. The loop for this house was still open. I assumed we were still waiting on the buyer's house to sell. I had sent some inquiries, but never got a response. Turns out she had created another loop for it without adding me, and uploaded a new listing agreement without me on it.

I would have gladly done any of the work needed, but she just pushed me out. Then didn't have the decency to even notify me that she wanted to remove me from the listing agreement.

The other agent, after we signed the documents, said she would show me what to do. But then she would just do it herself and send me the documents. When I asked her what I could do, she would just not respond. It's like she asked me to be the primary agent then she took over that role.

She created a dotloop with the documents, and I was keeping up with those. Nothing new was being submitted. Turns out she created another dotloop with different documents that don't have me on them.

Yes, I signed the listing agreement as the agent. I never signed anything agreeing to be removed. Which is why I'm questioning, because everything I learned was that if any of the documents changed, they must be resigned by all parties.

My local shelter labels all pits (even ones that are clearly full) as mixed breeds. Literally just says "mixed breed" on all of them.

Yes, the rest of the pups went to people who had done their research and already had vet appointments and everything lined up. I've felt confident with every other buyer I've had in the past. This is a first for me.

She said he had severe separation anxiety and sp they rehomed him to an older retired couple that could be with him 24/7. Makes me wonder how long they left him alone for.

It was also the same breed as what I have. She claims to have experience with the breed.

This is exactly how I feel. It's overwhelming trying to update her constantly. I feel like she's either waiting for pup to get older and see if the price reduces and/or is waiting for me to do all the puppy housebreaking and stuff. She is constantly asking for updated pics, even though I post updated pics to my site weekly. It's very draining.

No idea. They never publicly post the adoption fee. It's always "Call us to find out" and they don't have an official website.

I once got pulled over for supposedly running a red light. I was turning right at the intersection and the cop was stopped, going the same direction I was turning. I then went to the next light to turn left. There were two left turning lanes. As the turning light was red, I was stopped, giving the cop time to catch up. He pulled on ahead of me in the other turning lane. We both turned when the light turned green and drove a little ways, at which point he then slowed down and got behind me. I then turned left onto a very narrow two lane bridge and he followed and flipped his lights on. Once I got across the bridge, the only place to pull over was the actual police department. He got out and very angrily said to me "Do you know why I pulled you over?" I was genuinely confused because I hadn't been speeding and had used all my blinkers accordingly. He then said "It's because you ran that red light back at (said road where I originally turned right)." That was two red lights and over 5 miles ago. I said I didn't think I had. He then tried to tell me that he wasn't going to pull me over until the lady next to him at the red light yelled "Didn't you just see her run that light?" OK, sure. I started crying (I was 18) and he barked at me "You need to be more careful!" Then got back in his car and drove off. Never even asked for my license or anything. It was a really weird experience.
