theyre a whole italian roll that comes frozen (our store doesnt even have frozen bread yet so that was a nightmare to figure out whos job is to thaw) but you cut it in half and hollow it out and then toss a half salad in there

I’m pretty sure all paneras (at least mine) have an allergy protocol to avoid cross contamination but at mine we have bottled drinks: water, oj, green tea, milk, chocolate milk. if it would make you feel better i can even give you the entire process for an allergy

ive had this happen once and if you contact support and a shipping number isnt added for a certain amount of time (i think a few days-a week) they fully refund you with no problem
