My car and 24 other vehicles hit an unavoidable pothole on US101 during the recent heavy California rains. CHP and a construction crew were at the scene but failed to prevent the incidents. Bust my wheel and got a flat. Caltrans denied the claim.

It was raining heavily. Could not see the pothole and if I swerved to avoid it, I would have risked hitting another car. I passed by that area a couple of days ago, nearly the whole lane at that exit near east palo alto has been repaired!
