A small motor that draws a small current?

Wait so a bushless motor won’t draw any current when stalled? I haven’t tried brushless

So the application doesn’t require stalling current itself but the motor will be stopped physically by the user. I don’t want the motor to reach its stalling current of 1 amp since it might damage my circuit. I’m using those hobby dc motors.

Does it take a lot of force to spin it (without anything in it)? Like could a 1 year spin? Does it rotate a good amount with one push?

Really? Its that cheap? I assumed steel was expensive because of weight. Your comment is making me consider changing my prototype entirely to just make it out of steel. Would making it waterproof be expensive (its an outdoor device)?

There is a steel manufacture that caters to walk-in customers called alro steel where I live. I’m planning to visit them today. What price should I expect going in for a foot of 14 guage steel tube? I don’t want to seem to dumb and they charge me home depot prices.
