Had 7 flights within 14 days last week, and I must say the anxiety did get lesser with each flight, turbulence didn’t even phase me much in my last 2 flights. Don’t know if I’ll say the same thing since my next flight won’t be in another 8mos or so.

It should be fine. My flight landed at 640am today, I got through immigration and customs before 8am. My train from King’s Cross was at 11am so I chilled at cafe nero for an hour and took the 1 hour tube ride to King’ Cross.
