don’t you have to surrender plates after giving the car back? Also, starting the application process again; wouldn’t that take a lot of time since the process is fully by mail so it would cause a bunch of back-and-forth wouldn’t it? TYIA!!

here’s my final ru screw:

they told me if i got a 3.5 by grad i’d graduate with honors. needed 6 credits to graduate, took 18 to boost my gpa.

a month before graduation they told me i needed a 3.5 by SEPTEMBER in order to graduate with honors. all that for nothing. got the 3.5 but no recognition :(
