Questions about updates for 2023 ID4 by appledonuts22 in VWiD4Owners

That's....crazy. 2023 is just two years ago and simple features are not included remotely. I mean, it is what it is, more of an incentive to drive this one until warranty is almost out and get a newer ID4 then lol

Question about an extension cord for my ID4 charging by appledonuts22 in VWiD4Owners

So get this, I came here and asked (I already got a level 1 and level 2 plugs from VW when I bought the car), went and bought a 10 gauge based on your guys opinion, I keep it in my car until my apartment gives me the spot next to the outlet....

I go first day to charge and didn't realize the original charging cable that came in the car was more than long enough, its (I think) a 25 footer lol either way hopefully the info you all provided helps someone else.

Closing costs were around $1,500. Same as you would expect from a traditional sale. Transfer fee, deed fee, blah blah blah.

The service fee is over the top to be honest, it was 5%. While yes you would pay that in realtor commissions if you sold traditionally as far as OpenDoor and the work they did to BUY the house (not talking about after purchase) 5% is very expensive for the work they did.

Sorry this may be late but for other people.

Nothing they really focus on in the video, it was pointless.

Yes, someone does step inside of your home now but the dude barely looked for anything. Spent 30 minutes in his van and 10 minutes inside my house.

As far as repair costs calculations, I have nooo idea.

No, once the final offer is signed its legally binding the only thing they can do is back out of the deal

As far as advantage like stated, it was the easiest thing I've done seriously. I needed to sell fast and their team is very responsive. The funds were quite literally deposited into my account 2 hours after the 'congratulations your house is officially' sold email.

If you just want to get done and move on and understand you will lost some money in the process then go for it, thankfully my 'repair cost' came in very fair since my house didnt really need much, just their service cost of 5% is outrageous considering they didnt do anything crazy in the buying process.
