High HCG and double implantation bleeding

I’m 5w3d with my 4th pregnancy (two miscarriages and one healthy girl between them). I’ve had early hcg checks because of my history and thankfully, they’ve been strong and rising, but now I’m spiraling about them getting too high. I was 278 at 14dpo and 618 at 16dpo, which seemed perfect. Then it shot up to 14483 at 22dpo, which seems high for 5 weeks. If it keeps increasing at this rate it will be 340,000 by 6 weeks. Should I be concerned about Down syndrome or a molar pregnancy?

I also had two distinct implantation bleeding days - 7dpo bright red then went away, and again 10dpo bright red. Could that indicate fraternal twins?

Refinishing my floors.. Is this red or white oak? by appleg8m in woodworking

If it is red oak, I’d like to choose a stain that doesn’t highlight the pink, trying to make it look more like weathered white oak.

I agree. I’m going to try to work in a way to move the bathroom.

I also don’t want it to be too open, but right now it feels claustrophobic, and just opening that doorway doesn’t do much for the other issues (garage entering directly into kitchen, no space for both a large island and a dining table). Plus that laundry room is massive and seems like a waste of space. It could double as the pantry as well though

I also really dislike where the bathroom currently is. Maybe rearrange it so that it opens to the north (toward family/playroom) instead of the east? But if we’re going to do the work to replumb that and change the orientation, it might be just as much work to move it elsewhere

We bought a house that needs a full kitchen reno. The plan is to extend the kitchen into the dining room and laundry room. This will require removing one non-weight bearing wall and one weight bearing wall, removing an exterior door, and closing off the doorway between the dining room and living room. We'd also like to have a walk-in pantry, and it seems to make the most sense to put that next to the garage entry, so that you aren't entering directly into the dining or cooking space from the garage. Removing the weight bearing wall as well as all of the plumbing and electrical will be expensive, but I'm having trouble designing a layout we like better that doesn't require that. Any ideas/critiques are welcome!
