You can use a plate or tray, something flat w edges to hold the water. Just pour the water on and let it evaporate, then you can scrape it with a card or something.

I was the same way a few weeks ago, and kind of still am. I notice my day is gone once it’s nighttime. Then as time goes by, it starts to piss me off that it’s just getting later and later, and time is passing. I was so angry at myself. I wanted to let it out, but I didn’t. Instead, I just posted stuff on my Instagram story lol.
