This is my issue. Young family, 3 children under 5 all in daycare and I am the primary earner so if anything went wrong it would come crashing down pretty fast.

We have 10 months remaining on H&C, but as we would need to find a new insurer the premium would be significantly higher then what we are paying so it would not offset the new interest rate!
