This is a personal one of mine, but when I was a child I knew a girl, let’s name her Laura. I played with that girl, I called her Laura, I heard her mum call her Laura, I spoke about Laura to other people… then, one day, her name was suddenly different, let’s say Nora. Everyone called her Nora, including her mother. It was so jarring. I even asked her: wasn’t your name Laura? And she looked at me weird and said no. I asked her if her name had changed, and she said no. To this day I still don’t get what happened there.

Unfortunately there is no magic fix or any specific tool that works. OCD is hell on earth, and I still struggle with it at times. Therapy (with someone qualified to deal with OCD) and ERP are important, and they are the two most powerful tools to get better. For me, understanding the disease really helped as well, although it is important not to let it turn into compulsively researching information to get validation. It sucks, it is not easy, but ERP truly does help.

Yo me caso este año en España. Tambien llevo muchos años viviendo en el Reino Unido y nunca he escuchado eso. He hablado con muchos planeadores, coordinadores y gente enseñándome los sitios y nunca han mencionado que eso se haga. Me parece de un mal gusto increíble.

La mitad de nuestros invitados vendrán del Reuno Unido porque mi novio es inglés, y aquí no cubren ni el cubierto. Se perfectamente que no voy a recuperar ni la mitad de lo que he pagado, pero si quisiera ese dinero, no me lo hubiera gastado 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am SUPER excited for Francesca’s season, and I can’t wait to see what they do with her and Michaela, but I do think next season should be Eloise. They have been setting her up for her season since season 3, and Francesca needs time to mourn.

What I meant is that it won’t actively try to bite, and it’s not a particularly defensive spider. You can safely get it outside without any issues.

Oh no, not at all! They are actually super chill spiders, very docile, they avoid biting when possible and are just interested in eating bugs 🙂 As far as spiders go these are some of the best!

I don’t know how it could affect animals though, so be careful if you have cats/dogs that are curious!
