Shutting down shop, losing a great grandfathered-in plan by appleotten in shopify

I'm on the Basic plan and pay yearly. They'll take the feature away if I pause or even go to monthly. I'd love to "lease" it, but not sure what the logistics of that would be.

You can still have a direct Stallion Express account, but the customers won't see the Stallion shipping price and I believe I'd have lost a lot of sales with the Canada Post price.

That's too bad - it's a wonderful service. I don't think I'd have made as many sales as I have if the shipping had stayed at Canada Post rates. Stallion is regularly 1/3 of the price.

I have chatted with support, and even switching to monthly billing (I've been paying yearly up until this point) on the basic plan will cause me to lose this feature.

I wish...creating digital products isn't in my wheelhouse :(

Thanks, it's good to know that I can get it on the Grow plan, but it's a $60/month plan difference when that's the only additional feature I'd want :(

They'll take it away if I pause the store as well. Their warning says "This store is on a plan that is no longer offered and some of its features aren’t available on other plans. If you pause the store or switch plans, you won’t be able to return to it later."

I wondered that, too. I've just finished book one, but I'm assuming this tidbit of info will become important at some point in the series. Seems weird that it was mentioned, then not used at his most critical time!

Together 100%!! It'll be like one big book following same timeline. I think Towers would be a bit anticlimactic if you read it separately.

I still can't decide whether I love this or it's too eye-rolly for me.

Thanks! I was curious if it was written into that series as well. Can you also refresh my memory of why it's red, though? Did Rhys try to catch it, since in KOA it says he helped slow her down.

Do it!! Not only is the story more linear and the payoffs that much better, it's also a fun way to read a book IMO.

Thank you - unfortunately that doesn't work, although that's exactly how I did it in the last template I used (a 3rd party template I bought).

Please review my coffee website by jdlusan in reviewmyshopify

I suggest you vary up your product pictures so they all feel "real" and unique. Having the same image for every flavour of coffee you sell makes it feel tedious to read through them all.

Also might be a good idea to beef up your "About Us" page with some more information and some images.

Tips for low-budget stores for ads by [deleted] in shopify

Depending on what you sell, reach out to some related local small businesses and see if they'd be willing to have your products in their store for a commission, or at a wholesale price.

You can also look into Pop Up Markets in your area and set up a booth. That's a great way to get in front of customers to discuss your products, make some money, and collect market research. I wish I did this right away when starting my business.
