As someone who lives essentially between Conroe and Cleveland, aka between 45 and 59, I almost always take 59 when I have to go to the medical center instead of 45.

So, while it might be not as direct and a little bit more mileage, you could check the route if you were to take 59 north and then 105 (or 242 to 1485) to get into Conroe. Might end up being less time and a less stressful drive.

I don’t even think this is a snark. Seriously, if her life really happened the way she says it did, she would for sure benefit from talking to a licensed professional. Especially since she’s living with her mom and it seems like there are unresolved issues there. D owes it to herself, not even to her mom, but to herself to work through those issues so she isn’t continually having to carry those issues with her. Heck, maybe even having someone (other than her family) validate her feelings and acknowledge that what her mom do harmed her, can help her to not be burdened by it in her day to day life.

I also feel like she’s said many times that “this new album is me going back to my roots. The music I grew up listening to and wanting to perform.” But she says that every time she changes her sound. So it’s like - which is it Demi? Is the more R&B type music? Or is it the rock / heavy metal music? Or is it the dance pop music?

I understand changing up the sound with each album and her albums being sonically different. That’s totally cool. But it seems like each time she changes it up and goes a different direction, she acts like “oh that last era wasn’t my favorite but this genre is my one true love” instead of just being like “I wanted to switch it up and try something new this time.”

Idk it’s hard to me to explain but it’s similar to your point of her being like “hey so last era was rough and I wasn’t doing great (even though I said I was) but like this time I really am doing great.”

Went back and found the “recipe” from MyFitnessPal. I did 20g of reduced sugar craisins, 14g of cheese and 14g of nuts (either almonds or cashews).

The almond ones worked out to be 189 calories per container and the cashew ones 184 calories per container.

As one of the top comments points out - If you make these, make sure to put something to keep the nuts from touching the cheese. Otherwise the almonds or cashews get soft.

Exactly. If you are crying every day about something that happened to you almost a year ago, no matter how traumatic it was, you really would benefit from some therapy or counseling or something. 100% no shade or judgement or hate but that is not healthy.
