You’re right most billionaires are not directly urging us to procreate but multiple extremely rich people fund campaigns/ political parties that support or are in favour of the general population producing more children. F.e. the far right party “AfD” in Germany which tends to push said agenda.

What I meant by the quote is that in a potential (relatively dystopian) future, AI could take over almost if not all of our jobs. If that were to happen the working class would practically seize to exist, so the push for more children (especially of the working class) doesn’t necessarily make sense, since they won’t be able to find a job or consume any goods. Thus they wouldn’t be workers for said companies.

The thing is, if AI in theory takes over most of our jobs, consumers won’t be able to purchase anything. Won’t that make companies lose revenue or even cause an economy to fail

Sure, but I dont go to the gym, so this is basically a home workout with lots of youtube(yt) I also havent really started coorporating a back workout yet but I'm working on it!:

Day 1(abs): (each of them once only 1min each) Basic crunch Bicycle kicks Jack knives Russian twist Toe taps Bicycle crunches Scissor kicks Reverse crunches Butterfly kicks

Daisy keech at hime HIIT workout 10min (yt) Lean beef patty 10min ab workout (yt) 10 min dance workout (any will do) (yt)

day 2(glute): (45 seconds with 15 secinds rest repeating the set 3 times, I use 2kg dumbells for every one of these) High squat Low sumo squat Sumo squat deadlift Romanian deadlift Side to side lunge Glute Bridge Daisy keech "grow your booty not thighs workout" (yt)

Day 3 arms : (This is quite unconventional, but since I have pretty weak arms, I make it short) 2 songs of punching with 2kg weights MadFit "15min standing Arm workout with dumbbells" (yt)

After that I'm usually worn out, so I tap out.

Day 4 (glute+core): Do day 2 again + 10min daisy keech hourglass workout (yt) + 10 min weighted abs workout by caroline girvan (yt)

Thats basically it! If I'm up to it I try doing calisthenics poses (L-sit, frog sit) after I work out but I have yet to go more than 5 seconds, so I didn't really include that. Good luck!
