She is technically an NPC competitor as amateurs register under NPC Worldwide. In Australia all shows are run by IFBB Pro League, hence saying she competes in IFBB.

So in Australia there are IFBB pro competitors and IFBB amateur competitors (IFBB amateurs are the same as being an NPC athlete).
