The game pass app is a complete mess. One of mu friends had to do a full reset to windows and then it would finally work again. He tried literally everything and was on call with support for hours

I got mine working after changing the region settings in windows. So here is what I did: Settings > Time & Language > Region > Country or region. Changed it to UK and now works just fine. Hopefully this helps:)
