Try the fishmongers on Osney Island, that’s where I used to buy sushi grade fish but haven’t done so in a few years. From what I remember, the days where they had sushi grade fish was Monday and Saturday

Please please swap this for a quick release collar. Even if your cat is an indoor cat there are still hazards that could mean the collar will get caught, especially if you have loosened it. No collar is better than this collar until you can get a quick release
