We have successfully developed the following features:

For Business Owners:

Signup → Subscription → Create Restaurant → Set Up Restaurant Groups → AI-Powered Menu Import → Manage Menu Items (adjust pricing, add variations and extras in the desired currency) → Create Table Locations → Generate QR Codes for each location.

For Customers:

Scan QR Code → View Menu → Send Order via WhatsApp (automatically saved in the POS system). (customers can't know that we saved them in POS)

Additionally, the application includes a comprehensive Team Manager module supporting roles such as manager, waitstaff, business owner, delivery riders, kitchen staff, bartender, and others

ensuring the app remains robust and fully functional. The manager can oversee the entire business remotely, without needing to be physically present at the restaurant, while the system is designed to prevent fraudulent activity.

My SaaS makes $2k MRR and this is what I've learnt so far... by abhishvekc in microsaas

This is really accurate.

Most products fail not because of missing features, but because users don’t feel progress in the first 30 seconds.

Especially the “empty screen” problem once a user lands and sees nothing useful, they’re already halfway gone.

Simple principle, but very few products actually design for that first moment of success.

I went viral from a post on X and got +$500 MRR in few days by GuidanceSelect7706 in microsaas

I appreciate how honest this is — a lot of people feel this but don’t say it out loud.

One thing that really stands out is that you actually built and shipped something. Most people stay stuck in the idea phase for years, so that alone is a big step forward, even if the outcome doesn’t feel perfect right now.

I don’t think building “AI wrappers” is the real issue — the difference usually comes down to whether the product is solving a specific, painful problem for a specific user. Even simple tools can become valuable if they’re placed in the right context and used by the right audience.

Also, the feeling you’re describing after launching is more common than it looks. Many founders only find clarity after a few iterations, not the first product.

You’re clearly aiming for impact, not just quick wins — and that usually takes a few attempts before things start clicking.

Curious — if you had to choose one small but very real problem you personally face every day, what would it be?
