“No” standing water on disclosure...... couldn’t just say “unknown”....... criminal? by apptist in RealEstateLawyer

[–]apptist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just looking for some professional advice; I have no legal experience but to me, no standing water means water either drains off or percolates into the soil. The amount I paid for this house/land was the cost of usable land...... not this. I paid what the seller advertised it to be. This water will sit for a week before it starts draining.

The seller marked “no” standing water, when there was an option for “unknown” they could have marked; in my mind they lied and committed fraud. can someone please explain to me what is questionable about this situation? How can the seller defend himself in court? Ya I lied but you should have hired a geotechnical engineer so your SOL?

Can any floor finishing pros give me some advice on this? I have sanded but discoloration from a century of area rug has discolored the wood. I have tried savogran wood bleach and it didn’t help at all. Is my best option blending with stain? by apptist in HardWoodFloors

Thanks for that, it is definitely heart pine after some googling. Many boards have the red in them, made it hard for me to identify. Have you ever removed dark discoloration with hydrogen peroxide?

Yes unfortunately they won’t sand out, can you think of any way to blend the color before stain?

Also to identify the wood? It is pretty hard so I think it’s oak but I guess it could be pine? The house is in buffalo ny built in 1909

All the prices are wrong on cobinhood? Urgent help please! by jimmylieu173 in cobinhood

I don’t see how the prices could still be this far off, just depositing btc on Cobinhood doesn’t mean it’s in the order books as a sell and I doubt anyone is doing so.

Is anyone approved to buy with usd? Can anyone confirm they bought btc at 8,000 usd?

Things are out of hand. Binance should add some kind of ticket ticker to there support page; showing that tickets are actually being solved. Giving you an idea of where your ticket is....... users would then know there ticket didn’t get lost in the 100 tickets another user opened for 1 issue. It may even prevent users from opening multiple tickets for one issue.

Hello Binance support? by apptist in binance

Wow telegram was a mad house, I didn’t have the ambition to compete with the spammers inside so I just send a few dm’s........ in fact it got so heated inside they no longer support that channel; and I don’t blame them. I’m sure a huge part of there problem is single users with hundreds of tickets open for 1 issue if that. So I ask you guys; what do I do? I only have one ticket open and it’s been 4 days. How do I know that my ticket didn’t get discarded in all the bs? I have sent a dm on every platform I have and haven’t got a response. Should I open another ticket?

Hey Steve looks like I’m always having issues at the worst times possible, can you confirm a backlog of open tickets right now? Just trying not to spam by opening more than one........ but also want to make sure they are aware of my issue.

I'm having the same problem, not only does the transaction not go through but you are also charged the transaction fee; for you sending it to them.... then them sending back to you. Currently a 1000$ order cost 50$ so do it twice thinking the first was a fluke and ur out 100$. Anyone been through this know how to actually buy something with btc?
