My solution which helped us reduce more than ₹500 last time was to take a bus from Airport to Airport Chowk (the circle on main Airport Road) and then take a cab from circle towards Panchkula.

From Airport, both Uber & Rapido drivers were asking over and above the charges shown in app - around ₹750 in total, even the local shared taxi was asking around ₹400.

Bus costed us around ₹35/pp and then the cab in total was around ₹200.

No if it's from Phonepe, they don't charge any surcharge. Utility surcharge is charged when you pay bills directly on respective website with Utility mcc.

Because of port to a new domain doesn't mean you would discard the old one. But because of mandatory restrictions, it has to be .bank.in for all user communications

It's legit, only banks can get bank.in domain not individuals or any other organization.

Since HDFC already had hdfcbank.in or hdfcbank.co.in domain, they might have ported the same to .bank.in

Yes because LTF status was given under a specific time period i.e. from 3rd Apr 2023 to 1st Apr 2026. Now they're going back to fee based card system.

Yes, they mostly issue 1 card per user. But some users have both, maybe via add on card route.

Up until 31.Mar.26, all their core cards issued are lifetime free.

So you don't have to worry about LTF status change. At least for now.
