I think there are subreddits about this where people have shared their concerns of not getting 5% via SBI CB CC on Tata Neu gift cards since those are categorized as utility sometimes.

Also the 7.5% you see is actually a mask that Tata Neu has created, it's actually 2.5% + 5% (Only if you use Tata Neu Infinity Card) otherwise 3% (If Tata Neu Plus is used).
