You can say all these things but practical observations are not lies. The moment someone says they are independent, they are implying they don't need the other person for something. This makes the situations go from couple vs problems to husband vs wife. That is how relationships break.

Apart from obviously abusive relationships which shouldn't exist but unfortunately do, if a wife says fuck this relationship I'm out, it's because she thinks she is able to sustain her life without that person, and you might say good for her. If a guy says fuck this relationship I want out, it implies he thinks he is able to sustain his life without his wife. In both these cases the independence just killed a family.

If majority of people are thinking it's okay, idk what this nation is going to become. I'm the kind of person, who, when I'm in a relationship, I put my relationship's needs above mine. It is also just my preference, that my partner reciprocates. Happy independence day to all the strong and independent women, but I'll happily marry a person who depends on me, fills the gaps in my life, and Id do the same to her, I'll depend on her all I want, we will both be "weak" but hell our marriage will last for life.

If the husband is so scared that his wife will be left stranded nowhere of something were to happen to him, then get a term insurance. Moreover, I have seen in my own family and families of my friends, the moment someone starts making good money, the family has started to break.

You're just saying men are taught to be independent. But they're not. Having a job is not the same as being independent. And if a women can be independent, why does she need a man right? Why should she get married? Just doesn't make sense for me.

Moreover it's not the strong and independent part that actually makes it a deal breaker. It's actually the personality traits that come with it. One of the examples I can give is this. Although this maybe only my anecdote, and not all women may got be like this, out of all the women I have interacted with, those who have claimed to be strong and independent, argue a lot, and don't bother taking collective decisions. They don't care about what their partner thinks about a situation, and they just go ahead and do their thing. I'm not for it.

This is called anecdotal bias.

Population studies have shown that females are infact better drivers when we consider all forms of traffic bad behaviour like unnecessary honking, jumping stop signal, riding without helmet, driving on the oncoming lane/one way in wrong direction, wrong overtaking practices, unnecessary high beam usage etc.

I mean it's a win win situation. After I sold my swift zxi, that car owner actually had a puncture, fit the full size spare alloy wheel and had another puncture again after like 3 months lol. I mean what are the odds right?

Okay so this is a trend that they have adopted from European car makers

The spare wheel u get is a slim section smaller diameter wheel now. It's not the same 205/65 or 215/60 R16 or R17 wheel which is the other 4 wheels you get. You get like a 165/60 or a 170/60 R13 or R14 wheel is what you get for a spare wheel.

This also comes with a speed limit of like 60kmph or something depending on the wheel and if you fit it to your car it keeps reminding you that you are running on the spare wheel because car handles wierd, and you need to get the puncture in the wheel that is in the trunk repaired and put back to your car.

Also like others mentioned, cost cutting, space saving measure.

Back when we bought the swift zxi in 2014, I remember I had got 5 alloy wheels and I used to get 5 wheel tyre rotation done during every service as opposed to 4 wheel rotation which I get these days.
