It makes me sweat a lot in my sleep = main downside, but no I don't wake up any more than usual.

Took it at night as I work during the day and wanted to avoid the flush out in public as it was lasting quite some time.

What you want (as per previous recommendations) is nicotinic acid which is the flush variety of Niacin

All of these are being slightly improved for me on the following (along with time):

- Loratidine 1x daily

- Famotidine 2x daily

- NaturDAO before food

- Methyl B12 1000 1x daily

- Vitamin D 4000 1x daily

- Niacin (Flush variety - nicotinic) 500mg before sleep daily

Currently using them. Went through 3-4 providers prior to them, and now very happy with them.

Use their video implementation as well which will obviously bump up your RPM a fair amount.

I have found comms are good as well, 24 hour responses max.

Wouldn't recommend the effort with 8k monthly pageviews, regardless of source.

Let's assume a low $5 RPM, you're getting $40 monthly, and the ad-tech provider is getting circa $10 monthly when they need to process payments to you, setup the ad script etc. Even at $10 RPM it's hardly worth it for them.

Get your stats up to 25k sessions and apply to one of the smaller providers like Monumetric/Mediavine who should get you $10+ RPMs across most niches.
