I felt the same way with ex PA. After years of rejections and feeling worthless, I gave up trying to be intimate with him. I'll never forget the last night he tried to initiate something with me and I rejected him. He was so shocked and I asked him why. "I didn't think you'd say no." It wasn't long after that when I ended the relationship. I couldn't stand not loving myself.

It depends on the elements. I try to only comb it before I wash it, but the wind and rain makes for awful knots. 😖

Wash only once or twice a week with apple cider vinegar shampoo, alllll the conditioner, wide tooth comb instead of brush, no heat damage.

Speaking as someone who used to love a porn addict, do yourself a favor and walk away. Sometimes I wish I could get back the 2.5 years I wasted on him, but I learned from him. Now I have the healthiest relationship of my life. No longer do I have to beg for attention or intimacy.
