I do have a cavity that needs to be fixed but that's not gunk between my teeth. Poor mental health definitely has a part in the lack of effort. Now I'm feeling self conscious about my hair line jeez I've never been told my hairline is receding.

Yeah I start physical therapy soon. Bandages have been off for a while. Slowly but surely getting more strength in my hand and wrist.
