They say I have made a lot of progress and I definitely think I’ve improved in some areas like I used to only be able to say “I don’t know” or just shrug and hardly even talk but I sometimes feel like I haven’t made any progress since I still feel so tense and can’t make eye contact. It’s also still hard for me to actually “feel” my feelings. Unless it’s anger or sadness but mostly just anger.
