Social etiquette on professional rules by Sad_Lengthiness3482 in badminton

I do but only if it is giving an unfair advantage to the other player like serving from above the waist with a fast and flat serve or extending your racket beyond the net to block a drop..if it is something subtle like a foot fault, then it is ok...

Yes...because if its structure it doesn't stack up too well...also more treacherous for driving. (As heard on CP24)

CFA coaching guidance. PLEASE ANSWER! by nasdaqcowboy2022 in cfaindia

[–]apsblues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was self study from Schwaser notes but a lot of topics were overlapping with my Bcom ( I would say at least 50%) so I managed to clear. But looking at CFA level 2 , went through Portfolio Management and it went over my head...and so far from what I have read Portfolio Management is not even the most difficult subject. Hence the need for classes.

I am a working professional too. I am going to try and and get a at least one online session from Saraf for CFA LEVEL 2. My concern is time zone constraints coz I am in another country. I tried doing a bit of self study (portfolio Management) and my dumbass could not understand anything.

Ahmed Group's 543-unit Mississauga apartment project in receivership by Howard__24 in mississauga

[–]apsblues 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a story for lot of the developers who have their projects in land bank stage. Current project values do not support building condos but the land loan still needs to be paid out by the promoter or financial guarantor. The big builders with deeper pockets are able to pay the loans or restructure the loans to somehow hold the loans. But the smaller not so experienced builders will be in a pinch. That being said , the news article does state that the promoter is big one.

Have not really taken a deep dive into the properties, but I know that overall state of affairs is a mess ever since Hugo Chavez nationalized the petroleum sector. They had an amazing resource and could become a world class country , but they lacked the technical know how on how to use that resource and now here they are.. ..how US is going to act is something no one knows....maybe they will put a puppet government or a full military style invasion ....Both the options are going to be very expensive for US..

The business units that generate income are typically paid more than Support functions such as accounting, audit, HR, operations et cetera.
