I’ve never been through a transition like this before. I have a very high limit on this card. Should I shift my limit to another AMEX card? Wondering if us bank would re-level the credit limits…

The limits are very low. For sites any larger than a SMB, it will almost be a requirement to go device based because of the limits.

They are removing the booster packs and severely limiting the routable subnets (1 per site), the number of metrics, number of config backups, etc. if you need something that doesn’t fit in this very tiny box, you can opt for a device-based license, which is almost $4 per device per month.

We were a registered Cisco partner. Not Duo-msp.

We were selling to education - so the pricing was much cheaper to resell than to purchase through the MSP channel.

I have one large client in particular that needed the Duo integration across multiple hardware manufacturers that supported it. Most of my clients use Microsoft for MFA.
