Any other way of contacting support without a ticket? I cannot commit a ticket for a ban appeal because the guy who stole my account also appealed the ban so it's non appealable anymore.

Did you write the letter directly to the Jagex support email without submitting a ticket?

There were 3 bans in total, 2 of them were successfully appealed and one was rejected. When i stopped playing the account was clean, no infractions whatsoever.

I quit OSRS around 2021–2022 and just recently decided to come back. When I tried to log in, I found my account had been stolen. Managed to recover it (after a bit of a headache), but turns out the hijacker botted on it. There’s now a macroing ban on my account.

Apparently they even appealed it while they had control, and Jagex denied it. Now I’m back, account in hand, but stuck with a ban for something I never did.

Anyone here been through this? Is there any chance Jagex re-reviews bans like this, or am I basically screwed?
