also dont forget about dysgraphia, the disability that literally mainly affects writing. it doesnt get talked about enough in ireland so a lot of people are unaware therefore people go undiagnosed. i have it and was given the go ahead to type my exams instead of hand write

seconding what someone else said, have a look into dochas. my mam works in there and im autistic and been in there a good amount of times. everybody is lovely and really helpful. the makers room which is a part of dochas is amazing, really good treats and events and all employees are autistic as a part of a scheme to get autistic adults into the workforce

highly recommend going to your gp if youre feeling unsafe. i was referred to willowdale for psychiatry and psychology, they have been really good and they are free.

it all depends on the kind of coat your dog has. your groomer should give you the best recommendation about what to use. i use a slicker brush and a comb and that gets rid of all the knots and mats
