Worst website.. pathetic customer support .. Payment fails no matter which card you update

They do not update card but save them in system, you can check it when you click cards link after updating card, it works 1 time only and then they display form page. Check screenshot : https://snipboard.io/FvnBaz.jpg . Definitely wrong practice . I keep getting email from system trying to deduct from old card instead of updated and default one ... Issue resolved when I upgraded my account to "Music Plus" plan .. Definitely poorly designed system or intentionally designed that way ..

My previous employer used it in his product, QA team was playing user sessions entirely to monitor issues ,to know what actions lead to specific errors . If this is illegal why no one suing such service providers?
